Your new American Homesmith home will provide years of enjoyment if properly maintained. The warranty manual you received at closing has maintenance guidelines and general operating information.

American Homesmith provides both a builders' warranty (1st year) and an extended warranty (2-10 or Quality Builders Warranty) for each new home purchased. As the first year anniversary in your new home approaches, you will receive a postcard as a reminder to contact us with any warranty items in your home that need attention. General maintenance issues listed in the guide are not considered as warrantable items and should not be included on warranty service requests. The construction performance guidelines can be found in the Homebuyers Warranty Workmanship/Systems and Structural Limited Warranty Coverage booklet.
